• Product Condition: Make sure the product is unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
• Return Process: Customers are responsible for returning the product in the same condition it was received, including any shipping costs.
• Refunds: For valid returns, Matilda will refund the purchase price within a maximum of 30 calendar days, depending on the financial institution used for the payment.
